These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website coree-pulse.coregrandgroup.ca and the product Legacy: The Child Mentor Path (the “Service”), provided by CoreE-Pulse, supported by CoreGrand Group Inc. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
CoreE-Pulse offers a digital book and an optional interactive online dashboard built around a 16-week (four-month) home mentorship curriculum for families. The Service is for personal, family use.
Because the Service consists of digital goods delivered immediately, please choose carefully before purchasing. If you experience a problem with your order, contact us and we will work with you in good faith. Any refund policy will be applied consistently with applicable consumer-protection law.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are intended to be held and managed by an adult (a parent or guardian). You may change your password or delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
All content in Legacy: The Child Mentor Path, including the book, text, activities, and dashboard materials, is the intellectual property of Niyi Ogundipe and CoreE-Pulse. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own family. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, or publicly post the materials without prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
The Service provides educational and mentorship content and is offered “as is.” It is intended to support, not replace, your own parenting judgement, and it does not constitute professional, financial, psychological, or legal advice. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreE-Pulse and CoreGrand Group Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreGrand Group Inc., CoreE-Pulse, and the author, Niyi Ogundipe, accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or outcome arising from the use of, or reliance on, the book, the dashboard, or any content provided, and the materials do not constitute professional, financial, psychological, medical, or legal advice. You use the materials at your own discretion and risk and remain solely responsible for how you and your family apply them.
The Service relies on third parties such as Stripe (payments) and our web host, and some pages may display advertisements through Google AdSense. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
